1-Hour Session - $110

Our one-hour sessions are perfect for traditional one-on-one physical therapy treatments, providing the time needed for comprehensive care. During your first session, we’ll conduct a thorough evaluation to assess your specific needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Follow-up sessions focus on treating two to three body parts or muscle groups, or providing in-depth, targeted care for a single area. These longer sessions allow for a more detailed assessment, hands-on stretching, and tailored exercises designed to address your unique deficits and goals.

30-Minute Session - $70

30-minute sessions are designed for maintenance, follow-up care, preventative care, and overall wellness. This efficient, targeted treatment focuses on one body part, making it perfect for addressing everyday aches, pains, and minor concerns. Whether you're seeking to stay on top of your recovery or maintain optimal physical health, this quick session offers the care you need to keep moving and feeling your best.

Dry Needling & Cupping

Dry needling involves the insertion of fine needles into trigger points within the muscle tissue. It helps alleviate pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility by promoting natural healing processes. Dry needling targets the source of discomfort directly, providing effective relief for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Cupping therapy involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This technique helps increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation. It is particularly effective for relieving muscle tension, enhancing circulation, and supporting the body’s natural healing process.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a hands-on treatment approach designed to alleviate pain, restore function, and improve mobility. It involves a variety of techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and myofascial release, to target specific areas of discomfort and dysfunction.

Exercise Prescription

Following a comprehensive assessment of physical abilities, limitations, and goals, an exercise prescription plan becomes essential for recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition. With ongoing guidance and adjustments, each plan carefully considers the correct frequency, intensity, duration, and type of exercise, addressing a patient’s specific needs for safe and effective progress.

Vestibular & Balance Treatment

A specialized area of physical therapy dedicated to improving balance and reducing dizziness caused by vestibular disorders. Using targeted exercises and techniques to address vertigo, imbalance, and unsteadiness resulting from inner ear problems, neurological conditions, or injuries, this personalized treatment plan may include vestibular rehabilitation exercises, balance training, and methods to enhance coordination and stability.
