The methods we use at The Block BR are what make us so unique. We find out what’s important to you and design a customized fitness program just for you. You will have all time access to your client portal that has all your assessments, goals, notes, we can even message you through this handy dandy portal to keep you on track!

OUR CLASSES
DAILY BLOCKS - AKA "DB"
DB is our group workout of the day, lead by a personal trainer. The level of intensity is up to you. From beginner to advanced, this workout will be perfect if you want guidance in the gym on technique, form and most of all motivation.
OPEN GYM
Your body, your time, your choice! You can come in and do part or all of the DB without being lead by a trainer or you can just do whatever you want to do! There will be a personal trainer around if you have questions or need guidance.
