WALKER'S MISSION
Walker Higgins has worked with runners whose goals ranged from winning 200 meters on the track to 100+ miles through the desert. Weekend warriors, Division 1 athletes and Olympic hopefuls have all benefited from the years of knowledge he has gained as a competitive athlete and coach. Walker’s low-key demand with an expectation of great desire and efforts has helped many achieve their goals since his first clients in 2003. Building the engine (cardiorespiratory), as Walker calls it, is a stable in his approach to maximize clients' results. Running slow to run faster is key!
Walker’s own career has spanned nearly 2 decades. He has amassed nearly 50 ultra finishes, 70+ adventure races and multiple hundreds of road and trail races all with zero DNFs! His journey has been one of finding his limits…still searching! He believes each of us have a boundary and a wall that we can move way beyond our own comprehension and with the right training; mental and physical, we can become greater than we ever thought possible!
