DAILY BLOCKS - AKA "DB"

DB is our group workout of the day, lead by a personal trainer. The level of intensity is up to you. From beginner to advanced, this workout will be perfect if you want guidance in the gym on technique, form and most of all motivation.

HOT PILATES + HOT YOGA

We have both floor pilates & yoga classes in our heated room. Solar panels provide heat ranging from 80-115 degrees. 

POWER HOUR

Lifting classes focusing on either upper or lower body to increase muscle & strength. 

OPEN GYM

Your body, your time, your choice! You can come in and do part or all of the DB without being lead by a trainer or you can just do whatever you want to do! 

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebell workouts can help improve strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness. You can also increase the weight or intensity over time to promote muscle growth. Progress recorded and we will challenge you. 

HIIT

High intensity interval training. Move between high intensity and low intensity movements. Goal is to increase your heart rate & burn calories. 

BOOT CAMP

Our 90 minute workout that covers all bases. Some cardio, some strength, some stretching.
